The Professional Master’s Course in Collective Health – MEPISCO is academically linked to the Department of Life Sciences (CVD) – Campus I of the University Council of Bahia (UNEB) as a stricto sensu Graduate Program, approved by Resolution No. 1861/2016 of the University Council of UNEB. MEPISCO is guided by the specific norms of graduate studies, according to Normative Ordinance No. 17 of the Ministry of Education, of December 28, 2009, the Statute and Rules of the UNEB, as well as this Rules of Procedure. Its purpose is to produce knowledge, the permanent updating of advances in science and technologies, training and improvement of professionals in the health area, as well as the development of applied research and technological innovation in the field of Collective Health.
